The members of the Marlborough Historical Society would like to thank all of the past
volunteers, sponsors, vendors, crafters, and attendees of the MetroWest Festival of Trees.

Over the past eight years, you have greatly benefited the Historical Society in it's efforts
to provide historical programs and activities in the Marlborough and MetroWest area.

We regret to inform you that the Marlborough Historical Society
will not be producing a 2016 MetroWest Festival of Trees.

History of the Festival of Trees
What started eight years ago as a small "Christmas at the Farm", Festival of Trees at the Historical Society's 1688 Peter Rice Homestead with 17 Trees has evolved into one of the premier Holiday events in the Metro West & Central Mass area! From 17 to 40 trees in the second year, to 60 trees in the third, and the introduction of animated figures from Edaville RR to 125 trees and wreaths. Our attendance has continually grown with over 4,000 persons attending from 100 different communities and 13 states!
